Title Searches
Whether you are contemplating a real estate purchase or have a concern regarding your existing property, Tohickon can provide a title search. Our report includes the property’s accurate history of ownership and development as well as all the rights, liens, encumbrances and regulations affecting it.
Title Insurance
Title insurance can be purchased for a one-time payment and protects your real estate investment by guaranteeing your property rights for as long as you own the property. Standard coverage guarantees protection for title issues that occurred before you buy; enhanced coverage offers additional protections, including some for after you purchase.
Closings
Tohickon hosts and oversees this often complex final transaction between a buyer and seller of real property or between the borrower and lender of a real estate loan. To accommodate your needs, Tohickon will travel to your home or office and happily work early or late to make the settlement more convenient.
Deed Accommodations
Getting married or adding a trust? As a special convenience for our clients, Tohickon will record ownership transfer documents with the county recorder’s office after we confirm proper documentation.
